Deactivate AI notification (report, enemy spotting)

Description

Just like the title says, the nonstop notifications from the AI. There should be a possibility to deactivate it.

Also the enemy spotting: 300m east, 3 seconds later bearing 105, 2 seconds later 75m 12'oclock. In heavy firefights I get really confused by those messages... and then there is no enemey at this location

If this issue is already posted on this tracker, I'm sorry for it.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
