[Issue]
The compass cannot be brough up while looking at the map menu.

[Expected result]
The user should be able to bring up the compass while in the map menu. He should also be able to move and rotate the compass on the map so that multiple action are doable in-game (like navigation, fire support and other actions requiring azimut reference and calculate precise distance with the ruler on the side of the compass).
