Steps To Reproduce
Example , the no-optics EBR -
-go to editor
-create player unit and weapon box (or other suitable container) with initialisation:
this addweaponcargo["srifle_EBR_F",1];
- preview and collect weapon from box, note that variable zero does not appear.
Additional Information
If you spawn the weapon on the unit, or as part of the unit's configuration, the weapon appears with the correct zeroing adjustment.

Unable to reproduce using your repro steps. Broken zeroing seems to be tied to weapon scopes. If you have more info, please post a comment on #3540.
