AI start spinning in circles.

Description

So I start a mission for AI (My team) to go to the airport in boats. Once we got there we fought etc etc, after all the guys were killed, they started spinning around on the docks! I put the marker on he cargo HQ, but they hung on the docks till i killed em. Also, takes way to long for character to drown.

Have AI leader boat to airport from tempest. Have bunch of guys near dest inland. (Far inland.)

+1, amphibious assaults are nearly impossible with ai.
I have found that ai can free itself if it was under fire while spinning and lost contact while having a waypoint to move to. Doesn't work often though.

As a tip try to move the markers back and forth, if you're lucky you'll find a position where the ai actually disembarkes proper. If you keep that spot it should work 9 times out of 10...

Same problem here...

In one of my missions I have some SCUBA divers set up off shore and when they reach land they just start spinning to infinity in waist deep water.
They're supposed to carry on to 'Camino firing range' but don't actually get to the waypoint. (some do but some don't)

It's quite funny for a while but then you realise that your mission doesn't work because of it :-s
