Thrown smoke grenades still have pin attached.

Also, they don't make any noise. In real-life, they make a hissing-type noise, and emit sparks. Neither are present at the moment. {F18489}

Throw a smoke grenade, and look at it on the ground.

They do make a noise in current Arma. So this is fixed I guess.
