After coming out of the ocean I am unable to raise my sights. I am forced to switch weapons first then go back to my original weapon and then raise my sights.

Steps To Reproduce
Swimming in the ocean I then climbed a ladder onto the dock. Tried to raise sights but nothing. Switched weapons to pistol then back to Primary weapon and I was able to raise sights.
