Streaming paged terrain would allow for much larger terrains, while allowing to keep a reasonable amount of detail. This would be useful for situations where someone wants to do a terrain of an area such as Korea, as well as allow for more interesting flight options. ArmA 2 had issues with terrains being too small for decent airborne operations, and this would help fix this.
