I think it would really benefit game play if you could use the Ctrl + freelook to lock to where you are looking instead of snapping your head back to where your gun is facing.. IE. Can be frustrating when you see someone, lock the free look then have to find the guy again. If you are prone when you do this it should take a second to reposition as well.
