Cannot set skill/ammo/fuel levels of units deployed through the Sites Module.

Description

It seems that so far it's generally agreed that that the default AI are a bit overpowered. Nevertheless, units can be set to lower skill, ammo and fuel levels in the "Units" editor or individually if set down through the "Groups" editor.

This cannot be done though when setting a group down through the "Sites" modules. Please add fields to set these levels for units deployed through the "Sites" modules and any other applicable module.

*Great work on the latest modules, they are a fantastic addition to the game editor.

Is there a way to script this in ourselves at the moment?

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
