When running a mission that uses the dynamic spawns module on a dedicated server (per instructions here: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?147537-Tutorial-How-to-run-ArmA3-server-on-a-dedicated-server), clients connecting to the server will still see the markers on the map, even if they are set to be hidden

Steps To Reproduce
create a mission that uses dynamic spawn modules
set markers to be hidden in the module settings window
run mission on dedicated server
connect as client and observe mysterious boxes on the map
