Using the initialization field, I have removed all my weapons, added an MXM with an RCO and IR light, added a silencer to my inventory, and added 3 mags of 7.62.
I spawn myself in the water, use a ladder to get out, and when my character takes his weapon off his back, there's nothing in the top right HUD, and you can't fire until you drop your weapon and pick it back up.
