As stated above we did this by accident with a grenade and the server crashed so we tried it again , same map. Crash

We changed maps to see if that was it. Wasnt, server crashed. Then we tried instead of a grenade, a glow stick and it crashed the server as well. ONLY throwing at friendlies did this. I know..bizarre.
