To improve gameplay, it would be good to have real roads (instead of trails), lakes and dams, and maybe rivers and bridges to destroy to stop convoys and attacks.

Such suggestions are way, way beyond the scope of the alpha. Stratis simply isn't big enough for such things. You will have to wait until the main island (Altis) is released.
