Arma3 aim cross is much different from Arma2

1. In Arma 3, it's much more difficult to aim, cross is always moving.

Even when using optics, it moves, have to use the "breath hold" key like if I was sniping.

2. Aiming point doesn't follow exactly the mouse. Sometimes it moves, then it doesn't.
