OPFOR AI attacking BLUFOR empty vehicles

Description

I was using the editor today, and placed an empty BLUFOR vehicle.
I was in a group with a AI leader commanding me, however, I used a GET IN/GET IN NEAREST waypoint on that BLUFOR vehicle and i got in first and he immediately considered the vehicle a live contact and begins to attack it with whatever he has.

Steps To Reproduce

Be under the command of an OPFOR AI leader.
Use GET IN/GET IN NEAREST on a BLUFOR vehicle.
Get in before the leader does.

Additional Information

This only seems to happen with OPFOR AI; BLUFOR AI get in the vehicle as they should when i tried it.
If the player does not get in they dont seem to consider it hostile.

It actually looks like more wide problem. AI (including BLUFOR) can attack vehicle of type which belongs to enemy side, no matter there are friendly units inside (on passenger seats). I'm not sure if I explained it right, so here is an example: BLUFOR AI attacks car Ifrit even though there are two teammates siting on passenger seats.

Edit: more I think about it - it isn't AI problem, that vehicle is simply incorrectly marked as enemy and that should not happen at first place. AI is just attacking what we all see as enemy.
