I was recently messing with the new crate filler, and found that the IR flares still shine even without NV, not suree if this is really a bug, but probably should report it.

Steps To Reproduce
- Open editor on Stratis, set time to 00:00
- Place yourself as BLUFOR > NATO > Men (Recon) > Recon JTAC
- Preview, pause the game and enter in the debug console: player addMagazine "3rnd_UGL_FlareCIR_F"
- Select the 3GL launcher, reload the IR flares
- Shoot the IR flares into the sky
- Observe that the IR flares give out visible light
