Unrealistic driving of the Assault and Rescue boats

Description

The boats are equipped with a 500 HP engine and move forward very slow. As for reverse they move to fast. A real boat would take in water reversing that fast. Increase the forward speed, the boats need to stop faster and reverse needs to be slower.
