Description

Though you can shoot while treading water everywhere outside, enemy AI diver will in water will shoot only targets in water... i was on the coast really near to him, but he only fixed his eyes on me, but didn't shoot me.

Unable to reproduce in latest dev build. Since this ticket is quite old and has not seen any activity for a long time, I assume the issue has been fixed.

However, if it is still reproducable for you, please create a new ticket and ask for this one to be re-opened.
