When by coast and you drop all weapons and ammo you body is stuck in a swimming animation standing up

Description

You unload all your weapons and put them down to go for a swim. if you were by the coast when you did so your body has a chance (i tired 5 it happened 4) of getting stuck in swimming animation standing up at makes you unable to move.

Ive had this happen, but not as a diver, and I was far inland when it happened. not sure what the cause was.
