VON (VOIP) is drowned by vehicle sounds. In ARMA 2 I just decreased the slider down to lower the vehicle sound. Yes I know the vehicle is louder in 3rd person than in 1st person, but this is also the case in ARMA 2. Just add the same audio controls from ARMA 2 into ARMA 3 :)
