I can't always enter a vehicle by using both methods; the action menu or the icon on a vehicle.

The option won't always appear or when it does it disappears if I move a tiny bit. Seems like the area assigned to the vehicle is very small so you have to be in the perfect spot for the option to appear. Very impractical, especially whilst under fire.
