NPCs spin slowly when they spot you, not seeming very real

Description

Instead of spinning slowly and once they are facing you start shooting, it would be better if they would turn faster but just take some time before shooting at you.
The spinning thing is kind of ok becasue gives you time to know when they will shoot but it's not realism friendly since they start spinning from the moment they know about your location, and in RL you would just look at your enemy very fast.

This should be fixed by allowing the AI to turn their head when they feel there is danger, and if they spot you and know they wont have time to turn around, they should run away and find the nearest cover and open fire.

There is a higher voted ticket for this issue.
