Heavy FPS drop during cockpit view

Description

When driving a car/heli from 3rd person FPS is about 60, but when I'm switching to cockpit view it drops to ~45. Need to be fixed I think

Steps To Reproduce

Just get in heli and switch between 3rd and 1st person view- fps will heavely change.

My Specs:
2x GTX 680 SLI
i7 3770k@4.6
12 GB 1600 Mhz dual channel DDR3 RAM

I fixed mine by setting PIP to low. Not a fix I should say, but a work around
