Description

Not being able to have 3rd person view without a num-pad. Even with an external num-pad 3rd person view is not functioning for either out of or in a vehicle.

It can be set to something custom. I'm on a laptop without a NUMPAD and I rebound my keys just fine.

some servers don't have 3Rd person ON
