Many times when using a scoped weapon if I kneel/crouch the weapon becomes impossible to aim. The problem seems to be with the altitude axis (up/down).

Steps To Reproduce
Select a scoped weapon, kneel, and try to aim through the scope. The altitude (up/down) control will start pointed at the ground and be impossible to fix on a target.
