Hackers are using hacks from ARMA II already and maybe some hacks are created, but there are already hacks (Kill everybody, god mode, drive or run extremely fast)

As I can tell you, the same interpreter schema is used as in old titles, so any code injection into memory will work as it works now. And there's no Battleye to regulate some common scripts on server or commons task memory editor on client.
