When in a crouch and pistol is returned to gear you become stuck in the pistol animation and are able to fire your rifle if it is on your back.

Steps To Reproduce
Take out pistol and adopt crouching position.
While in crouching position, open gear menu and place pistol in clothing/vest.
Exit gear menu and attempt to move with W, A, S, D and left click, rifle will fire while on back.
Returning to the standing position or pressing step over will cause character to run through the position and retrieve rifle off back.
