In the underwater showcase, when being hit by the propeller, the player's body acts like it dies, but is not actually dead. The animation shows the death and the player can not move around, but can still point and shoot the SDAR (no animations). Death does not actually occur and no screen pops up.

Swim under the speedboat RHIB, as the boat detects you, it starts up the engine and moves, as it moves, if the propeller hits you, the glitch will occur.
