The way point cross hairs box and scrolling coordinates that move with your cursor on the map really shouldn't be red in color. They blend in with the other red markings on the map.

Maybe when moving the cursor on the map the background (map itself) could dim and the cross hairs could become really bold and when not moving the cursor the map could become bold and the cross hairs and coordinates could fade some.
