Speed boat rear gunner has an optical view

Description

Using on standart keys [Num] 0 the rear gunner has an aditional monitor like view. It might not be bug but im wondering where the optics for that comes from? For me it doesnt make much sens.

->Go in the the Bluefor minigun speedboat
->swap to rear guner
->press 0 on Numpad
