When driving the hunter and entering in "scoped view" (Numpad 0), the view by default is angled downward so that you only see 2/3 of the windshield and 1/3 of the steering wheel.
You need to angle the head up a notch to be able to see the road entirely.
Open editor
Create a Hunter with player as driver
Preview
Press numpad 0
When in scoped view, press Numpad 8 to level the head and see the whole windshield and road in the view
Just tested this and the view seemed fine. Since this is a very old ticket with no votes, I'll go ahead and close it.
If you feel this issue is still valid, please create a new ticket for it.
