The AT Mine is too slow to blow up a driving car. I reacts to the car (blows up)
but isn´t fast enough to hit it. I noticed that at the beginning of the "Escape" Coop-mission.

Steps To Reproduce
-Start the mission "Escape Stratis"
-Play as Explosiv expert
-Run to the Street
-Place a AT-Mine
-Run away and hide before the incoming truck spots you
-Wait for the car to hit the mine
Additional Information
I don´t think the car is faster then a tank on full speed.
