I am experiencing extremely low performance on my system. I have tried various fixes without a solution.

Nvidia GTX 680 SLI
I7 3770k
16GB DDR3-2133 ram.
256GB OCZ Vector SSD

My GPU utilization remains VERY low ingame, I can't run the game above 40 fps at mediocre settings. All other games like battlefield 3 at ultra runs at over 100FPS.

GPU utilization drops around towns and buildings even more ... sometimes down to 20% !! whilst my FPS is very low.

Kindly advise.
