Weapon disappearance after looting a body and equipment stuck in vehicles

Description

I was looting a body and I got the weapon from the body, but my previous weapon disappeared. It wasn't on the ground and not in the body either, just completely disappeared. Another issue is weapons and equipment which are stuck in vehicles and they can't be looted.
