Description

When I shoot out the rear tire of the ATV it still can maintain almost top speed.
The acceleration of the quadbike should also be increased by a pretty significant amount, as it takes off just too slow to even be considered a quadbike.

Steps To Reproduce

Drive a quadbike down/up a hill, and notice the top speed. Shoot out the rear tires of Quad bike (I tested the BLUFOR version)and proceed down (or up) the same hill. The speed usually only drops maybe 5-10 kph, from 75 to 67-68 on my tests.
