Description

Attempting to fire or otherwise use any weapon that is not the SDAR, as a Diver, while treading on the surface the surface, will always fail.

Steps To Reproduce

Place a Diver unit in the editor along with a weapons crate.
Replace the SDAR (and ammo) with any other weapon that would work out of water.
Swim out into water and stay surfaced.
Attempt to fire or sight in your weapon.
