Game are not using even 50% of gtx690
GPU1 - 35%
GPU2 - 32%

With EVERYTHING on max settings, game runs at 27 - 32 fps and use only GPU1 - 35%
GPU2 - 32% (gpu1 and gpu2 are only one gtx690)

tested with vsync on and off, and percentage still locked.
