When i was disabling a vehicle with m320 the crew jumped out and started shooting at me instantly , like 0.5 sec after the grenade hit the vehicle , seems abit too fast .

Steps To Reproduce
Deploy heli / car on the ground next to you
Fire it with m320 and stand like 50 meters from it so the crew can see you
they jump out instantly and should shoot you like in 0.5 sec
Dunno if it works with car , but atleast with heli

Going by the description, this is not a bug. If the crew can see you, there's no reason why they could not kill you very quickly if you are so close.
