strange strafe shooting behaviour (prim/sec weapons)

Description

(NOT WALKING MODE)
When strafing left/right in normal 1th person or 3d person view, you cant do single shots and trying rapidfire is shooting like burst with stop and go.

uncontroled like: 3-4 burst -->strafe -->stand->3-4burst->strafe-->stand --> ........

Not sure if it is wanted like this or just a "feature"

Steps To Reproduce

take any weapon and try out with single and rapidfire shots when strafing.
dont use weapon optics otherwise the character is walking and everything is fine.
