AI randomly throws grenade, ends up killing themselves

Description

Two OPFOR AI were walking to a waypoint. The waypoint was marked with "SAFE" as behavior and "LIMITED" as speed. In the middle of the path, an AI randomly throws a grenade and kept walking away like nothing happened. Watch the video to see the problem.

UPDATE: There must be an BLUFOR unit stalking them to cause the problem.

Steps To Reproduce

I don't know exactly how to reproduce this problem. In Editor, I made two OPFOR Infantry:Sentry group and ordered them to walk to a waypoint with Behavior as 'SAFE' and speed as 'LIMITED'. Try that and watch them. Maybe stalk them with BLUFOR unit like I did in the video I provided. Sometimes they will reproduce the problem, sometimes they dont. UPDATE: There must be a BLUFOR player stalking them.

Additional Information

Try stalking them with an enemy unit but you must avoid getting detected. This problem may be caused by the presence of an enemy unit. UPDATE: Yes, you must stalk them to reproduce the problem.
