View zooms out when I go into optics

Description

Hey, I use a button to zoom in (toggle) and everytime I go into optic mode, it auto zooms out me and I need to double press the zoom in buttom to actually zoom in, it's annoying and makes the game harder to play.

1.toggle zoom in.
2.go into ironsight/holo/red dot sights.

Quite annoying regression.
This was not the case in Arma 2, where "Optics" and "Zoom in Toggle" didn't conflict.

Yeah, I just had this problem too when I was trying to set one button to toggle optics and zoom (so I'd always be zoomed in when using optics).
