This is a very minor issue, however, still an issue.
If you attach a suppressor to the PO7 9mm pistol and then look at it, you'll notice that it's slightly to the right of the barrel.

Steps To Reproduce
Go into the Editor.
Spawn yourself a crate with the 9mm Suppressor in it.
Create a player unit and spawn in the world as this unit.
Attach the suppressor.
Additional Information
Hold ALT or simply freelook so you can get a better view of the pistol from multiple angles. You'll see what I mean.

Actually, this is an optical illusion due to the slightly triangular shape of the pistol. If you turn your head in-game and look more closely, you can see that the suppressor is actually centered. External view directly from the top confirms this.
