No rain when using night vision

Description

I hated not being able to see rain if you had NVG's on in arma 2. You should be able to see rain, and it still hasn't been fixed in arma 3. Im hoping its not overlooked in arma 3 this time.

If you wear night vision goggles and it is raining out, you cannot see the rain, but when you switch to normal vision you can see it
