AI glitch in the ground and you cannot kill them. That means half of the body is in the ground or sometimes stick under buildings. That is a big problem because sometimes you have to kill a officer and he is "stick" under a building and you only can restart the game. {F17338} {F17339}

I just had this happen to me as well. I haven't seen them half-stuck yet, I lose them completely. I've had it happen a few times on rougher terrain, but this guy was on flat ground.
Kind of sucks when your mission is to clear OPFOR from an area.
