Driver error and crash every time I get into a Hunter HMG
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

In one of my missions, getting into a Hunter HMG will cause a DX11 driver crash after ~1 second. This crash is 100% reproducable (for me).

The crash is also reproducable with the Hunter GMG.

The driver error reads: "DX11 error : buffer Map failed : DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED" {F17326} {F17327} {F17328}

It seems that Mantis automatically converts the "tilde" character followed by a number into a link, as it has done in my description ("0000002:0000001"). This was not intentional!

The part should read "... crash after approx 1 second."

UPDATE: Looks like I missed the latest NVidia WHQL driver 314.07 - this crash is no longer reproducable with that driver.

Good to hear that the issue is solved. Closing for now. Btw thanks for the repro mission
