big fps drop when you look at water on coast, and big fps drop while using PIP on any priest but disable in any place on island {F17236}

Steps To Reproduce

go to agios efstrarios and look at water from coast in night/day, also try to tern on and off PIP (picture in picture) it's dropping my fps significantly
