Running ArmA3 as a 'dedicated Server' in Steam OFFLINE Mode with '-server'

When having the PhysX3_x86.dll Error, it seems that every Client connected to the Server crashes aswell.

Please fill up the report and provide files according to HOW TO GUIDE in the top right corner

Also please provide VERY EXACT steps to reproduce, so we are able to reproduce your crash

I am not sure how to reproduce this as this happened randomly.

The PhysX Error could be because of too much AI on some Mission..

I did add an exception to my Antivirus (Avira) so it does not monitor arma3.exe and it seems the Crashes are less happening.

Uploaded DxDiag and rpt files.

Please provide steps for the situation you described in your report.

Steps how to start the dedicated server, steps how to connect to the server and also state what mission are you running on the server and if its a custom mission/mod, please also attach this mission to the report. Thank you

  1. Start Steam in Offline Mode
  2. Start arma3.exe as Admin with the Parameters:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" -server -bepath=C:\BattlEyeTEST -profiles=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\arma 3\users -name=server -config=server_coop.cfg

(Server_coop.cfg provided in ZIP!)

  1. Run the Mission "TDNL_co80_Stratis_Slaughter
  2. Play, and see how it randomly crashes

(due to much AI I believe)

I can NOT reproduce the ntdll error. It sometimes appears when just

  1. Start arma3.exe with "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" -server -bepath=C:\BattlEyeTEST -profiles=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\arma 3\users -name=server -config=server_coop.cfg

Are you still encountering these crashes?

should be fixed by now. Still not sure what was causing it.

Status Resolved, as it is not happening anymore

Mass close.
