Actually there is. You dont have to revert the Y-Axis. Just invert the controls seperatly for helicopter controls. It worked for me and my friends

I should have been more clear, i meant for mouse controls. It's not a huge issue but it would be nice because i do like to use the mouse to steer when doing more precise maneuvers.

there is so an option to invert mouse controls for helicopters alone. Look in the
controls menu, then use the dropbox to select helicopter controls. From here you
can see that there is a setting that your mouse up and mouse down controls are bound to. simply swap the mouse up one with mouse down, and mouse down with mouse up. then u have the helicopter controls the way u want.

Ahh, i see, thank you overmind. Can't believe i didn't see that before. Well that was my mistake, this "issue" can be closed now.
