While driving an ATV or being the passenger in the Hunter and the opfor vehicle (sorry cant remember name) you'll be in a standing position instead of actually sitting in the vehicle

Get in as driver then switch to passenger then switch back (for ATV)
Get in as passenger then switch to driver then switch back (for the rest of the vehicles

Additional Information

The steps to reproduce may not be exact if you mess with it a bit you will see but thats how i got it
