Tags are deleted when new feedback ticket is sent, and thus rendering the search function useless

Description

When new ticket is posted to this feedback service, the attached tags seem to be deleted and they have to be added manually afterwards.

I think that it is a major bug that must be fixed immediately, because the lack of tags makes the search useless and results in tens, even hundreds of duplicate tickets of the same issue, that affects the workflow of developers significantly by forcing them to check tickets about the same issue again and again.

Post a new feedback ticket and add tags (don't make new ticket if you don't have anything to report though!)

Just noticed it seems to happen only when the person that "attached" the tags adds a note.

Search function also filters by ticket summary

not sure this is a bug, if you add the tags and click attach, the tags will attach, if you add the tags and don't click attach, and go to note and press add note, it ads the note but not the tags, that's because those are different forms that submit, so basicaly there is no save all button, the button you click saves the content that it's related to

I've put in tags, attached em, come back later and noticed they were gone. I'm personally aware of the tags being deleted if you don't click attach & instead add a note.

Appears to be a non-issue.
